Your Records

Your records should include the following information:

  • Name, job title, address, and telephone number of contact person
  • Summary of why this contact could be helpful
  • Where you got the contact from
  • Activity log – record of phone calls, emails, visits
  • Date of the follow-up contact and details about this follow-up (ask about xyz, revise and send updated resume)
  • Other leads they provided you with
