1. What are your favourite interests (Computers? Gardening? Spanish? Law?)
2. What are your favourite subjects - the one’s you’re drawn to in magazines, libraries, bookstores, etc.
3. What are your favourite words? Every field has its own peculiar language, vocabulary or jargon.
You will use these interests to inform your job goal. This work helps you to think about the sector where you want to work in – use whatever language you are comfortable with in describing your areas of interest. You may want to provide customer service in a Garden Supply Centre; you may want to apply your mechanical skills in working with cars.
