Build a repertoire of stories based on the above themes using the S.P.A.R. Approach (see following section) that you can weave into answers to related questions in an interview situation.
You won’t be able to prepare for every question, but a well developed repertoire of stories highlighting your best attributes will give you something to draw on when you are feeling stumped.
