Dr Brian Doucet: is an Associate Professor in the School of Planning. Originally from Toronto, he lived in the Netherlands from 2004 – 2017, where he worked at Utrecht University and Erasmus University College. He is the editor of the book Why Detroit Matters: Decline, renewal and hope in a divided city (Policy Press)
