Food

Creating delicious meals on a budget can be exciting and challenging. Often the most inexpensive way to create a meal is to build it from scratch using whole ingredients.  This can be daunting if you do not cook very often, but there are lots of recipes that are delicious, healthy and quick to make.

Cooking from scratch can often be combined with coupon clipping, sales, inexpensive restaurants and creative ways to share food.  Cooking with the intention of leftovers can also help you save money.  If you have leftovers less money is spent on buying lunch or consuming large amounts of easily prepared or prepackaged foods which tend to be more costly.
