Whether it’s identification, healthcare, Employment Insurance, immigration, education or other government services, the forms you may be required to fill out can be confusing and challenging to complete. Worse, it’s often difficult to find the forms you’re looking for in the first place.
If you’re unsure of where to go for help with forms, drop by The Working Centre and we’ll do our best to help you find the forms, provide assistance in completing them, or point you in the right direction. Here are a few resources which might be helpful:

- Service Ontario is the government’s one-stop-shop for government services.
- The Kitchener-Waterloo Multicultural Centre can connect you with translators to complete your forms or provide certified translations of documents.
