We can assist you with employer connections, licensing and credentialing issues, links to Bridge Training Programs, exploring schooling options, English language enhancement, mentorship and assistance in finding a job.

Social Work in Waterloo Region

This 5-month bridge training program will help transfer your skills in to the Social Work field in Canada.

Classes run Thursdays and Fridays from 9:00am to 4:00pm. Work placements are scheduled for at least one additional day a week. Placements, combined with academic assignments make this a full-time program.

After Hours Supports

We offer extended hours on Wednesday evenings for those who are employed, but are interested in pursuing their long-term goal of finding a job in their profession or trade. Wednesday evenings we stay open until 7:00. Drop in, or call in advance to arrange an appointment – (519)743-1151 (dial 0).
