3. Understand our community's local labour market information
4. Research and identifying related career choices that may be available in an area of your expertise
5. Identify local mentors and allies who can support your steps back into your profession
6. Assist in creating up-to-date skill-based resumes, job search tools, and interviewing skills that specifically suit your goals
7. Teach about specialized terminology related to your profession, legislation governing your profession, trends and issues that impact your profession, and workplace idioms
