Miovision has a novel video analytics application for the traffic industry and we are looking for creative, passionate individuals to join our Video Analytics Team. As a member of our team you will design and develop state of the art, innovative software products for the traffic industry.

Our ideal candidate will have most or all of the following requirements:  
# Bachelor in a technical discipline with graduate work in Computer Vision, Medical Imaging, Pattern Recognition or a related field  
# 1+ years developing in Linux  
# 2+ years experience developing algorithms in C++ suitable for use in a production environment  
# Experience using a numerical computing environment such as Matlab or Octave for prototyping  
# Experience with common software design principles such as OOP and unit testing  
# Knowledge of common computer vision algorithms such as ICP, SIFT, MRF, and/or MCMC  
 
Assets:  
# Knowledge of Python, OpenCV and Boost  
# Experience with SWIG, and/or boost python  
# Knowledge of statistical data modeling  
# Development experience with .NET, C#, and SQL  
# Familiar with Agile Practices, specifically Scrum
