- Job Connect/Employment Ontario, an on-the-job training program that helps meet your hiring needs and connects individuals to a job that is right for them. More than 90% of employers surveyed rated the overall quality of service given by Job Connect as excellent. Job Connect offers:
- An efficient, no-cost way to access quality talent at all skill levels in a timely manner.
- Training incentives
- Free advertising in a variety of ways
- Screening of job candidates
- On-the-job training support/job coaching
- Job trials or job shadowing
- Access to Skilled Workers – We meet over 3,000 job searchers per year from a wide range of backgrounds including general labourers, admin and office workers, as well as highly skilled professional New Canadians.
- Tourism and Hospitality Bridge Training Project Employers in the Tourism & Hospitality sector benefit from the customized training and work preparation provided through this Bridge Training Project for Internationally Trained Individuals, offered in partnership with the Ontario Tourism Education Corporation (OTEC).
- Waterloo Region Immigrant Employment Network (WRIEN) - We are an active member of this network and can link you to a wide range of employer services offered through WRIEN.
- Workplace Safety Awareness Workshop that introduces job seekers to safety concepts, understanding rights and responsibilities, workplace hazards and WHMIS.

- Self-Directed Computer Training, a selection of self-directed and supported computer training options that can assist people on a limited income to obtain upgrading, training and certifications that relate to their work. Designed for people not suited to classroom situations. Intro to Computers, Word, Excel, A+ (hardware training) and more.
- Computer Recycling benefits businesses in two ways. Donate used computers as you upgrade your computer systems. Save on landfill tipping fees and benefit low-income individuals and non-profit organizations that make use of the refurbished computers.
