We invite employers to participate
- Hire an experienced, qualified worker to meet your needs.
- Create an on-the-job training opportunity, and receive a training subsidy to help an older worker to learn the specific skills of the job.
- Participate in designing customized training that meets your particular hiring needs (TIOW can fund training specific to your hiring needs).
- If you are hiring multiple positions with similar skills we invite you to talk to us about customized training and placement opportunities.
