Whole Food Box Items

Example of Spring Box (June-July):

  • 1 pint strawberries
  • 1 bunch radishes
  • 1-2 heads lettuce
  • 1 bag spinach
  • 1 bag chard
  • 1 bag snap peas
  • 1 bag snow peas
  • 1 bag arugula
  • 1 medium head broccoli
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 bunch fresh herbs

(Spring Boxes may also include: summer squash, zucchini, Asian greens, asparagus, cherry tomatoes)

Example of Summer Box (July-September):

  • 5 large eating tomatoes (some heritage varieties included)
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 1 large bunch of chard
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1-2 sweet peppers
  • 1 medium bunch beets
  • 1 medium bunch carrots
  • 1 bunch fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro, basil)
  • 1 bag new potatoes
  • 1 medium eggplant
  • 1 bag french filet beans
  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 1 bunch fresh flowers

(Summer Boxes may also include: tomatillos, ground cherries, raspberries, blueberries, cauliflower, peas, summer squash, yellow and green beans)

Example of Fall Box (September-December):

  • 2 winter squash (butternut, acorn, spaghetti)
  • 1 medium bag beets
  • 1 large bunch kale
  • 1 medium bag carrots
  • 1 bag potatoes (sometimes heritage varieties)
  • 1-2 large cooking onions
  • 2 bulbs garlic
  • 1 green/red cabbage
  • 1 stalk brussel sprouts
  • 1 sachet dried herbs

(Fall Boxes may also include: apples, pears, pumpkins, honey, beans, kohlrabi, parsnips, fall lettuce, chard, sweet dumpling and delicata squash, dried hot peppers, dried apples, dried beans)
