The Sewing room offers beginner and advanced sewing classes. Volunteers are available to assist with learning the machines, working from a pattern, and applying sewing techniques. Machines, materials, and sewing notions are available to participants using the space.

Sewing machines can be booked daily for mending, sewing or learning how to use a sewing machine. Sewing times, outside of regular sewing hours, can be booked by contacting The Working Centre.

Several large donations of fabric have been put to many uses making curtains, laundry bags, skirts, shirts, outfits, children's hats, and quilts. Large donations of fabric are welcome.
