BarterWorks |
A network of over 200 indviduals and businesses who barter and exchange skills
and services.

Computer Recycling |
Refurbishing and repairing computers for reuse or recycling.

Recycle Cycles |
Repairing bikes for use as an alternative form of transportation and leisure.

Paperkräf |
Building the skill of hand-made paper and marbling in a community setting.

Sewing Space |
Providing access to sewing machines, volunteer support and donated fabric.

Urban Agriculture |
A variety of community gardens and urban gardening activities that promote
access to healthy food and creative learning enivronments.

GROW Gardens |
GROW Herbal Gardens produces quality herbs and related products to sell to the larger
community.

Worth a Second Look Furniture and Housewares |
A retail outlet which provides the community with low-cost used furniture and assorted
houseware items.

Maurita's Kitchen |
A community kitchen that builds on the communal nature of food preparation, and provides a certified
kitchen for processing, learning, and gathering around food projects.

Queen Street Commons |
Queen Street Commons is a café offering a local,
organic, vegetarian menu, community events, music nights, and a unique gift shop.
